Oh how we miss our NYC favorite joints and gourmet outings.
A restaurant is a place where someone brings your drinks, food, and cleans up after you. A place to meet friends, relax, and take a night off from cooking. But the restaurants have been closed and I have cooked nearly every day for the last two months. No one to ask me what I want to eat, no one to bring me a beautifully plated dish, and no one to clean the dishes. And then I looked at my cat realizing that our home is her restaurant—her food bought, plated, and dishes cleaned up. Today, she had a salad aka cat grass.
